Morning at 08: 30 AM Pick-Up from Hotel, your tour guide and driver will warmly welcome you and pick you up from your hotel lobby to begin an unforgettable journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor. This tour takes you through some of the most remarkable and historically significant temples, including one of the Seven Wonders of the World and for the morning exploration at Angkor Thom & Surrounding Temples to visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, the grand entrance to the last capital city of the Khmer Empire. Built in the 12th century, Angkor Thom was the largest city in the world at its time, with a population of over one million people. The entrance is flanked by two rows of statues of gods and demons, creating a dramatic and mythical scene. Bayon Temple, one of the most famous temples in Angkor, known for its 216 giant smiling faces carved into its stone towers. Baphuon Temple, a pyramid-style temple, representing Mount Meru, the center of the universe in Hindu mythology.
