Enjoy a comfortable transfer to Siem Reap city, where your guide will provide insights into local culture, history, and daily life. After hotel check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure and relax at the hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on an unforgettable journey through the Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering 401 square kilometers with over 250 ancient temples and visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, the grand entrance to the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Bayon Temple, famous for its 216 giant smiling stone faces. Baphuon, a massive pyramid temple representing Mount Meru. Phimeanakas, a royal temple within the ancient palace. Terrace of the Elephants, a platform used for royal ceremonies. Terrace of the Leper King, features detailed carvings and Khmer legends. Ta Nei Temple, a hidden gem surrounded by lush jungle. Ta Prohm Temple, known as the "Tomb Raider Temple", with ancient trees intertwined with ruins. Lunch Break, enjoy a traditional Khmer meal at a local restaurant and after lunch continue to visit Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument and Cambodia’s national symbol. Marvel at its intricate carvings and massive towers. End the day with a panoramic sunset view over the Angkor temple complex from the top of Phnom Bakheng Temple. Overnight in Siem Reap
After breakfast, journey to Phnom Kulen National Park, located north of Angkor Park. This sacred mountain served as the sandstone quarry for Angkor’s temples and visit Poeng Ta Kho (Amazing Cliff) enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the mountain. Reclining Buddha Statue, the largest reclining Buddha in Cambodia, carved directly into natural sandstone. 1000 Lingas River, sacred carvings etched into the riverbed, believed to bless the water. Phnom Kulen Waterfall, the largest waterfall in the region, considered a holy site. Swim, relax, or take in the stunning scenery. Lunch Break, enjoy a local at local restaurant and after lunch conitue to visit a traditional Khmer village, where you will see local homes and observe palm sugar production a key Cambodian trade. Transfer back to Siem Reap for the evening. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, visit Tonle Sap Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Experience the unique floating village life, where families live on floating houses, boats, and bamboo rafts. Observe floating schools, markets, and fisheries, and learn about the traditional fishing lifestyle of the Khmer people.
